
CHOCOLATE NUT PIE
1-9 inch pie shell 1 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels 2 cups unsalted pecans, cashews, peanuts(or your favorite assortment) 3 eggs lightly beaten 1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup corn syrup 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sprinkle chocolate evenly over unbaked pie shell. Top with nuts. mix eggs and brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Pour mixture over nuts. Bake in pre heated 375 degree oven, for about 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
