
Custard Pie
4 eggs 1/2 cup white sugar pinch salt 1 teaspoon
vanilla 2 cups whole milk 3 tablespoons butter
Pre heat oven to 425
degrees combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Set aside.combine milk and
butter, heat stirring constanly, until rapid boil. Pour into dry mixture
and mix. Pour into crust, protect edges with foil. Bake 20 minutes,
remove foil and bake another 5-8 mintues Filling will be slightly jiggly.
Allow to cool.
